Standard & A.S.M.E.® Tank Heads For Industry

 

We manufacture tank heads in many different configurations from 4" to 275" in diameter.

We form carbon, stainless, aluminum, and many other exotic materials using the finest head making equipment available today.

 

2:1 Semi-Elliptical Tank Heads

Sizes 6-5/8 to 192 inches in diameter. From 3/16 to 2 inches thick. Tolerances comply with ASME EG 32 (d). I.D. or O.D.

ASME Flanged & Dished Tank Heads

Standard and intermediate sizes 14 to 250 inches. From 3/16 to 1-3/8 inches thick. Tolerances comply with ASME requirements. ASME UG-32 (e) I.D. or O.D.

ASME 80-10 Flanged & Dished Tank Heads

Sizes 14 to 240 inches in diameter. From 3/16 to 1-3/8 inches thick. Tolerances comply with ASME 1-4 (d). I.D. or O.D.

ASME High Crown Flanged & Dished Tank Heads

Standard and intermediate sizes between 14 to 248 inches in diameter. From 3/16 to 1-3/8 inches thick. Tolerances comply with ASME requirements. I.D. or O.D.

Flanged & Conical Dished Tank Head

From 24 to 240 inches in diameter. From 3/16 to 1-1/8 inches thick. Tolerances comply with ASME requirements. ASME UG-32 (h). I.D. or O.D.

Standard Flanged & Dished Tank Heads

Sizes 14 to 260 inches in diameter. From 12 gauge to 1-3/8 inches thick. Non-ASME I.D. or O.D.

Flanges & Shallow Dished Tank Heads

From 14 to 260 inches in diameter. From 3/16 to 1-3/8 inches thick. Non-ASME I.D. or O.D.

Flanged Only Tank Heads

Sizes 14 to 300 inches in diameter. From 12 gauge to 1-1/4 inches thick. Non-ASME I.D. or O.D.

Dished Only Tank Heads

When ordering, specify most important dimensions- outer diameter, crown radius, or depth. Standard and intermediate sizes 12 to 275 inches in diameter can be readily supplies. From 12 gauge to 3 inches thick.
