The ALLSTEEL/YANGLI Hydraulic Shears have CNC controlled rake angle adjustment, blade gap adjustment, and back gage positioning.
These are Guillotine type Hydraulic shears, they are equipped with four-edge
blades top and bottom. The independent hydraulic hold-downs automatically adjust
hold down pressure according to the material being sheared.

The top-of-line DAC-350 offers all functionality demanded on modern shearing machines. In addition to the X axis position it offers automatic control of cutting angle, stroke length and gap.
Its memory allows the storage of 1000 program lines.
The electronic architecture is based on Delem's MODUSYS I/O system, allowing full freedom of mounting onto your machine.

Precision ball screws and linear bearings provide a backgage with superior accuracy, high positioning speed, and long service life with minimum maintenance. The positioning of the backgage is accomplished bythe CNC control with a full feed back servo hydraulic system.
CNC controlled blade gap adjustment optimizes the blade gap for clean cutting
of various thickness and grades of material. Simple to use, the operator enters
the material specifications into the CNC control, and the computer calculates
and sets the optimum blade gap and rake angle. The operator may manually override the computer choices.
Modular Hydraulics is provided for ease of service, and to insure maximum
cutting performance and reliability. All hydraulic valves are easy to access and
are mounted on a manifold block to eliminate plumbing. The hydraulic system works
on medium pressure for maximum efficiency and long service life.
