Delem 2D CNC Control
The DA-65W is a user-friendly and fast programmable CNC control for press brakes.
The Delem DA-65W can be progammed by simply drawing the profile of your product on the screen. With the help of the 2D simulation view you can calculate the optimum bending sequence and view how to place your product in the machine.

Delem Offline Programming
Profile-on-Windows provides an easy off-line solution for users of a Delem control. Fast off-line programming of products and tools without claiming machine time.
Backgauge
The standard press brake is equipped with 3 Axis (Y1, Y2 axis controlling the Ram and X axis controlling the CNC Backgauge). The exact degree of compensation needed is calculated by the Delem CNC control depending on job parameters. This reduces setup time to the minimum.
EB3512 all-electric servo-drive CNC Press Brakes uses the ball screw driven by the servomotor to move the beam for bending process. The grating Encoder measures position of the beam, and send feedback to CNC system, which synchro-controls L: & R servomotors for an accurate, power-saving and noise-eliminating process.
The ram is equipped with sectional adjustable tool holders. Alternatively, at no extra cost, the Press Brake could be equipped to handle North American style tools.
The standard punch holder allows quick upper die changes at the flick of a lever. The die holders are also individually adjustable, allowing for compensation of sectional tooling if necessary.
